Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations received on or before 8th April 2016 - an administration fee of £50 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations received after 8th April 2016 - full payment is due and no refunds will be issued.  Name changes are permitted.

Cancellation of Hotel Accommodation

Cancellations received before 31st May 2016 - no penalty.

Cancellations received after 31st May 2016 or non-arrival - hotels will deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked.  A reduction in the number of nights booked will be treated the same as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.


The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance.  Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.

Data Protection

We may pass your contact details on to the organisers of the next WHO CC conference, or to organisers of related conferences.  We will not pass your details on to any unsolicited companies or persons.  If you do not wish your contact details to be shared with the organisers of relevant conferences, please click the box on the registration form.
